What to Expect

Choosing a healthcare facility can be a cumbersome and an emotional process. That’s where Shiloh Springs comes in. We are here to answer any questions and be a resource for YOU.

Upon arrival:
You will be assessed for your care needs by our nurses and nurses aides. You will be oriented to your room and the facility and your care routine. A member of the Dietary team will meet you with you to ensure your dietary needs and preferences are met.

During your stay:
During your stay we will work with you and your Doctor to ensure your needs are being met. Whether you are here for short term or long term; our goal is still the same; that you receive the best care possible. You will be assigned a "Guardian Angel" and every day you will be greeted and met with to make sure your needs are being met and your transition is smooth.

After your stay:
Even after you have discharged back to home someone from our management team will contact you. We will follow up to make sure your home care needs are being met. We will work with your Home Care Agency to insure you are home with the best care possible and that you are adjusting with the transition back to home.
