VALUES AT WORK WINNER!

John Johnston – Maintenance Director, Shiloh Springs Care Center

John demonstrates many of the values at work qualities and most recently was selected for Initiative.  John has dedicated himself to the re-modeling project, doing all the demolition himself, rewiring rooms, working with contractors, installing walk in showers, and correcting problems as they arise.  Due to his initiative and work ethic, we are about one month ahead of schedule.  He takes time to drive our residents to outings, doctor appointments, and recently he took the time to change a flat tire for one of our family members.  I just cannot say how important and how much we appreciate John at Shiloh Springs.
